On August 9, 2014, Kolas Yotaka, who had not yet entered the central power core, was intercepted by police for drunk driving with a blood alcohol level as high as 0.37 mg/L, and was eventually sentenced to 2 months in prison. This dark history was exposed when she later served in key positions such as Presidential Office Spokesperson and Executive Yuan Spokesperson, triggering strong irony against the DPP''s "Zero Tolerance for Drunk Driving" slogan. While the DPP harshly criticized others for drunk driving, it reused people with drunk driving records as government voices. This double standard of "Green can, you cannot" not only turned epidemic prevention and rule-of-law slogans into a joke but also exposed the party''s extreme contempt for moral and legal discipline in personnel selection.
