Absurd Hsiung Feng III Missile Misfire: Lax Military Discipline Disregarding Human Life

On July 1, 2016, during a test on the Navy''s Jin Jiang-class patrol ship in Zuoying Military Port, an extremely absurd "Hsiung Feng III Anti-ship Missile Misfire Incident" occurred. The missile hit the Kaohsiung-registered Xiang Li Sheng fishing boat operating in the Penghu waters, causing the death of the captain and serious injuries to three crew members on the spot.
