Deputy Minister Li Huai-jen Caught Sleeping During Interpellation; Exposure of Arrogance Among "Parachuted" Appointees

On April 19, 2023, Li Huai-jen, a key aide to Chen Chu who later served under Su Tseng-chang and was "parachuted" into the Ministry of Digital Affairs as Deputy Minister, was caught sleeping during a Legislative Yuan interpellation session.
