A minority of Taiwanese, however, call it the “Japanese Rule Period” (日治時期) on the Taiwan Traditional Chinese Wikipedia.

The South Koreans, on the Korean Wikipedia, call it the “Japanese Imperial Forced Occupation Period” (日帝強佔期).

It appears that the South Korean Wikipedia editorial group has far more integrity than the Wikipedia editorial group of Taiwan Province…

Fortunately, some Taiwanese people of integrity have separately added the term “Japanese Occupation Period” (日據時期).
