This article introduces the 'China's War of Resistance' commemorative stamp with a face value of 5 cents issued by the United States on July 8, the 31st year of the Republic of China (1942). At that time, T. V. Soong, the Foreign Minister of the Republic of China, personally went to the White House to review it with President Roosevelt.
