⚡ 0815 Power Failure and Absurd Punishments
The 0815 Power Failure in Taiwan erupted today, spreading from Pingtung in the south all the way to the north.
After the investigation, Tsai Ing-wen and the DPP government told us that this was caused by a CPC employee pushing the wrong button.
Was it a mistake or a deliberate diversion?
Then, something even more interesting happened:
- The Chairman of CPC, who presided over the “wrong button,” was fine.
- The Chairman of Taipower, responsible for the national power grid configuration, was fine.
- The Minister of Economic Affairs of the Republic of China resigned.
Is the DPP government more absurd, or are we, the people, too ridiculous?
👆 The Power of a Single Finger
As for a system designed and built with millions or billions of dollars collapsing because a single finger pressed a switch—well, that’s what the Tsai Ing-wen government said, so I have no choice but to believe it.
In any case, under the DPP’s leadership, a single soldier’s finger can launch a missile and accurately hit a fishing boat, “accidentally” killing the captain. A technician’s finger can cause a nationwide blackout, with incalculable loss in industrial output.
Under the DPP’s leadership, even Kim Jong-un would feel ashamed, wouldn’t he?! He’s been shouting about launching missiles for so long, yet he hasn’t caused as much damage as our two fingers.
