This is not only a popular saying, but also an utter fantasy!
Unexpectedly, overnight, everyone who defends the Republic of China has become a “Taiwan independence advocate” in Lai Ching-te’s words!?
Lai Ching-te wants to run for president, fine!
Lai Ching-te says he is a pragmatic advocate for Taiwan independence, fine!
However, Lai Ching-te has no right to arbitrarily label all patriotic citizens who defend the Republic of China as “Taiwan independence” advocates!
Now, people who visit or sell fruit in mainland China are easily labeled as “red”!
Unexpectedly, those KMT members who remain in Taiwan, law-abiding citizens, patriotic, and dedicated to defending the Republic of China, have been unjustly labeled as pro-Taiwan independence supporters!
Those who label others like this are utterly unqualified to run for President of the Republic of China!
