⚠️ Online Fraud Alert: Taishin Bank Notification Email Compromised and Impersonated, Do Not Click Phishing Links!

Taishin Bank recently issued a warning that suspicious individuals have altered Taishin Bank”s internet banking notification email, specifically the “Internet Banking Login “User Password” Entry Error Notification,” and simultaneously impersonated Taishin Bank to send this fraudulent notification email to Taiwanese citizens, attempting to lure them into clicking a malicious link in the notification email, thereby redirecting them to a phishing website designed by hackers.

If you receive similar suspicious emails or text messages, DO NOT click any links in the email or text message, and please take the following actions immediately:

  1. Contact Taishin Bank Customer Service Center (phone 02-2655-3355, press 2).
  2. Or dial the police anti-fraud hotline (dial 165 directly) for verification.

It is imperative to verify cautiously to avoid falling into online traps or becoming a victim of fraud.
